On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 14, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated April 11, 2014, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the words "the appellant's motion" and substituting therefor the words "the branch of the appellant's motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated April 11, 2014," and adding to the end of that paragraph the words ", and the appellant's motion is otherwise denied as unnecessary."
