DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION nt,

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 10, 2014, in the above-entitled matter is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated February 24, 2014, to include certain hearing transcripts and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to make the caption anonymous.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion to enlarge the record is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]), and by serving and filing his brief on the appeal is enlarged until December 15, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the separate motion which is to make the caption anonymous is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the separate motion is otherwise denied.
