| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the respondents Town of Ramapo and Town of Ramapo Town Board, and the respondent Scenic Development, LLC, to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 8, 2013, on the ground that the record on appeal is inadequate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied on condition that on or before December 17, 2014, the appellants serve and file a supplemental record containing the notice of petition dated May 25, 2010, as well as the petition, affidavit, and exhibits that accompanied the notice of petition; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 16, 2015, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
