DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to reargue his applications for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated October 11, 1988 (People v Walker, 143 AD2d 784), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 20, 1985. The applications were determined by decisions and orders of this Court dated June 20, 1994, and April 29, 1996, respectively, and the prior motion for leave to reargue those applications was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 19, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
