| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 2, 2014, and July 3, 2014, respectively, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order entered July 3, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order entered July 2, 2014 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-08746), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by that order (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
