Motion by the respondents for a preference in the calendaring of proceeding pursuant to EDPL 207, and to enlarge the record to include certain additional material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference is denied as unnecessary (see EDPL 207) and the proceeding will be calendared expeditiously; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
