| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant third-party plaintiff-appellant, inter alia, to stay the trial on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 14, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the trial on the issue of damages is granted, and the trial on the issues of damages in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
