| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the child to direct the parties to produce the subject child for an interview and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 13, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's attorney shall arrange for the respondent to produce the child for an interview by the attorney for the child on or before December 10, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time for the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until January 9, 2015, and the brief of the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date.
