| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 17, 2012, and an order of the same court dated June 6, 2013. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and the papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 5, 2015, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
