ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by Christopher Chang, pursuant to Judiciary Law § 509(a), to direct the Commissioner of Jurors of Kings County to furnish him with the addresses of all jurors and alternate jurors who were empaneled and sworn in a criminal action entitled People v Chang, which was tried in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Indictment No. 3204/13.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the Commissioner of Jurors of Kings County is directed to furnish, to the extent available, Justice James P. Sullivan with the addresses of all jurors and alternate jurors who were empaneled and sworn in a criminal action entitled People v Chang, which was tried in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Indictment No. 3204/13, and the application is otherwise denied.
