DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Ilinka Pavic from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 6, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 22, 2014, the appellant's time to comply with a scheduling order of this Court dated April 25, 2014, was extended until September 22, 2014, and, on or before that date the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit or affirmation containing certain information or make a motion in this Court for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
