On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 31, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellant pursuant to County Law § 722 for the appointment of a Spanish interpreter to assist in the preparation of a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County, rendered November 15, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the following person is assigned as an interpreter and shall be compensated in accordance with County Law § 722:
