ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated November 13, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 6, 2014,is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed."
