| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioners for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 24, 2014, and October 30, 2014, respectively, and, inter alia, to enjoin the respondent Maidstone Club, Inc., from constructing a pump house and irrigation system, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
