| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from five orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, all dated November 20, 2013, for leave to re-serve his brief and transcripts upon the respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before December 12, 2014, the appellant shall re-serve his brief and transcripts upon the respondent; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 12, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
