Application by the appellants James F. Dolan and County of Suffolk and separate application by the appellant "John" Lipsky, also known as Fred Lipsky, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 16, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 4, 2015, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
