| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 27, 2014, and June 9, 2014, respectively, for assigned counsel to be given access to the papers filed under seal in the Family Court by the presentment agency, in opposition to the motion which resulted in the order dated March 27, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that assigned counsel shall be permitted to review, but not copy, the subject papers, in the office of the Clerk of this Court.
