DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Courtney P. Murphy for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Murphy was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 19, 2003, under the name Courtney Paige Murphy. By decision and order of this Court dated October 22, 2010, Ms. Murphy's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and her name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the exhibits annexed thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before December 24, 2014, Courtney Paige Murphy file with the Clerk of the Court proof of payment of attorney registration fee arrears incurred prior to her resignation as well as payment for the current registration period; and it is further,

ORDERED that upon receipt of proof of payment as directed above, the Clerk of Court shall restore the name of Courtney Paige Murphy to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law and Courtney Paige Murphy shall be reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law.
