Appeal by Christopher W. from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated April 1, 2014. By scheduling order dated September 3, 2014, within 60 days of the date of this order, the appellant was directed to perfect the appeal or submit an affidavit or an affirmation withdrawing the appeal. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal or submit the affidavit or affirmation.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court, or submit the affidavit or affirmation in accordance with the scheduling order dated September 3, 2014.
