| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant pursuant to CPL 530.45 to be released on his own recognizance, or in the alternative, to fix bail, following a finding of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 18, 2014, made after a hearing, that he violated certain conditions of his probation, which had been imposed in connection with his underlying conviction of course of sexual conduct against a child in the second degree. The Supreme Court, Westchester County, remanded the defendant pending the imposition of sentence.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon hearing the attorneys for the respective parties, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
