Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Village of Sag Harbor, Suffolk County, dated May 17, 2013, to restore the appeal to the appeals calendar and general calendar, or, in the alternative, for leave to prosecute the appeal on an abridged record dispensing with the minutes of the pretrial proceedings. The appeal was stricken from the appeals calendar and general calendar by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 25, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
