DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Donald Williams, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered March 23, 2012, to restore the appeal to the appeals calendar and general calendar, and, in effect, for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief. The appeal was stricken from the appeals calendar and general calendar by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 10, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal is restored to the appeals calendar and general calendar, and appellant is directed to serve and file his pro se supplemental brief within 14 days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent shall have 10 days from the date that the pro se supplemental brief is due to be filed pursuant to this decision and order on motion in which to serve and file a supplemental respondent's brief.
