Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Village of Goshen, Orange County, entered June 12, 2013, to strike the court's return, or for alternative relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to February 5, 2015.

We note that we do not pass, at this juncture, on whether the People's filing of an affidavit of errors was appropriate in this matter (see CPL 460.10 [3]).
