2012-07111 In the Matter of Araceli Campos, petitioner, v Sandra Baker, respondent. (Index No. 88501/10)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Sandra Baker for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 3, 2014, and for poor person relief. The decision and order on motion dated February 3, 2014, denied Ms. Baker's prior motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 1, 2013, which determined her motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 11, 2012, which affirmed two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 1, 2010, and November 8, 2010, respectively, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 12, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from filing any further motions in this Court in connection with the order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 11, 2012, or the two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 1, 2010, and November 8, 2010, respectively, without prior leave of this Court.
SKELOS, J.P., BALKIN, LEVENTHAL and COHEN, JJ., concur.
