DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Michele Murray from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated July 29, 2014. The respondent was granted poor person relief on November 3, 2014, and the following named attorney was assigned to respond to the appeal:

ORDERED that counsel assigned to respond to the appeal is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
