| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 16, 2014, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth (1) the appellant's full financial situation including documentation concerning his ownership interest in the real property co-owned by him, the current value of the real property, the amount of any debts encumbering the real property, including any mortgages on the real property, and any rental income generated by the real property, and (2) the amount and source of counsel fees paid to retained counsel.
