| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the respondent's motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 11, 2013, as untimely taken, which was granted by decision and order of this Court dated June 2, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order of this Court dated June 2, 2014, is recalled and vacated, and, upon reargument, the respondent's motion is denied (see CPLR 2103[f], 5513[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until January 26, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
