Reznick, P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 24, 2014. Separate application by the appellant Jennie M. Dellaria for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 20, 2015, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
