It is Ordered that landlord-respondent's motion is granted only to the extent of ordering tenant-appellant to correct the record to include copies of the two rent registrations entered into evidence at trial, as well as a copy of the multiple dwelling registration entered into evidence at trial, which are attached to landlord-respondents moving papers as Exhibits H and I, respectively.
It is Further Ordered that the appeal will be calendared for the March 2015 term - the filing deadline for tenant-
appellant to file and serve an amended brief, if necessary, as well as a corrected record on appeal is January 7, 2015.Landlord-respondent's brief must be filed and served by January 28, 2015. Reply brief, if any, is to be served and filed by February 5, 2015.
