Separate applications by the respondent and the attorney for the child pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 8, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the time of the respondent and the attorney for the child to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 31, 2014, the briefs must be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied.
