Appeals by Westchester County Department of Social Services and cross appeal by Richard L. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 13, 2013. Separate appeals by Richard L. from two orders of the same court dated December 4, 2013, and January 24, 2014, respectively. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the time for the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief on the appeals and cross appeal is enlarged until December 22, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
