Motion by the plaintiff to extend his time to move for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated October 16, 2013, which, inter alia, determined an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 16, 2010.
