Motion by the appellant, in effect, to hold in abeyance appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 7, 2012, June 27, 2013, and December 16, 2013, respectively, in order to obtain certain documents purportedly necessary to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until December 31, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
