Appeal by Samuel Lopez from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 14, 2014. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Ronald S. Zimmer, Esq., dated November 19, 2014, it is
