| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 27, 2014, and June 9, 2014, respectively, for assigned counsel to be given access to the papers filed under seal in the Family Court by the presentment agency, in opposition to the motion which resulted in the order dated March 27, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before December 18, 2014, the respondent shall file the subject papers under seal, in the office of the Clerk of this Court, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, and those papers shall remain sealed upon filing, and the motion is otherwise denied.
