Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Wendy R. Fisher, sworn to October 28, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Bridget L. Field, Esq., 45 Exchange Street, Suite 802, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby assigned as counsel for petitioner-respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner-respondent submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 31, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
