Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 21, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 18, 2014, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
