Motion by the respondent, in effect, to recall and vacate an order on application of this Court dated September 19, 2014, which granted the appellants application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 16, 2014, and to dismiss the appeal for failure to timely perfect.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
