Motion by the respondent pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 1, 2014, for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 9, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
