Application by Scottsdale Insurance Company on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 5, 2012, and May 13, 2013 (two orders), respectively, to withdraw its appeal from the order dated October 5, 2012, and the appeal from the order dated May 13, 2013 under Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-06404.
Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties, dated December 1, 2014, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the appeal by Scottsdale Insurance Company from the order dated October 5, 2012, and the appeal from the order dated May 13, 2013 (Motion Seq. No. 5), under Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-06404, is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
