DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated May 2. 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal and the pending application by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal are transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, for determination; and it is further,

ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with this appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts.
