2014-08123 In the Matter of Wendy Coyoy, respondent, v Luis A. Martinez, appellant. (Docket Nos. V-6398-14, V-6397-14)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Luis A. Martinez from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 22, 2014. By order to show cause dated September 23, 2014, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the consent of the appealing party.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
SKELOS, J.P., AUSTIN, COHEN and MALTESE, JJ., concur.
