Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered April 12, 2011, and for the assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief after assigned counsel has filed a brief on his behalf.
