| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 3, 2014, which granted the appellant's motion for an extension of time, pursuant to CPL 460.30, to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 14, 2013, under Superior Court Information No. 571/13, and for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to that appeal, to reflect that the appellant is also granted an extension of time, pursuant to CPL 460.30, to take an appeal from a judgment of the same court also rendered June 14, 2013, under Superior Court Information No. 1591/13, and poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to that appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
