| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents-appellants to enlarge the record to include certain documents or for the Court to take judicial notice of those documents on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 10, 2013, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief. Cross motion by the appellants-respondents to enlarge the record to include certain documents and for leave to serve and file a sur-reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record or for the Court to take judicial notice of certain documents is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 19, 2014, and the respondents-appellants' reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
