| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Andrew D. Graynor for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Graynor was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 9, 1983, under the name Andrew David Graynor. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 7, 2001, Mr. Graynor was disbarred upon his resignation, effective immediately.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Andrew David Graynor's current character and general fitness to practice law, including but not limited to, Mr. Graynor's federal and state court convictions, the status of any outstanding judgments, the status of Mr. Graynor's tax obligations, and whether the State of Florida was notified of Mr. Graynor's disbarment in New York.
