| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Horizon Hill Condominiums and River Management pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 17, 2013, and April 9, 2014, respectively, and to enlarge the record to include certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the movants' time to serve and file a brief is granted, the movants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 29, 2014, and the movants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 13, 2015, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
