On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 25, 2014, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 14, 2013, is amended (1) by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2)," and (2) by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
