ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 10, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 10, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 3, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "December 4, 2014."
