DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated March 10, 2014,for poor person relief, for the assignment of counsel, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to defend the appeal:
